Youth and High School Training. The youth and high school performance training programs bring the same methodology and intensity used by EXOS with professional athletes. EXOS prepares athletes by utilizing the Four Pillars of Performance: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement and Recovery. This integrated approach allows athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility in addition to learning regeneration techniques, nutrition strategies and education on how mindset can improve their overall performance. Athletes work in small groups with coaches to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently.
Sessions are 60 minutes (90 minute sessions are available) and offered five days per week. The programs allow you to train as many days a week as you want.
