The Little Gym provides fun, educational, and skill-based gymnastics classes for kids ages 4 months-12 years. Young gymnasts benefit from a variety of equipment usage to build up gross motor skills and improve overall body coordination. From age 3-6, the curriculum focuses on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in equal parts. At age 6, the lessons place more emphasis on healthy lifestyle choices and making fitness fun.
