J&M Strings

Miss Morgan of J&M Strings is a Suzuki trained violin teacher and viola teacher based in Alhambra, California. Her method is derived from her background in Neuroscience, the Suzuki method, and her own experience as a professional musician. For young students she infuses play into learning to reinforce a strong foundation in violin skills while having fun. Her older students learn an inspired method that draws from the most current philosophies on violin pedagogy. Morgan believes that through violin lessons her students will not only grow into talented musicians but also the bright, thoughtful leaders of our next generation. She is an approved vendor of Inspire Charter Schools.
