San Diego STEAM Educators Conference (March 22-23). This two-day professional development and networking event is designed for ALL types of educators, including home-school families, and will feature 100% interactive and hands-on workshops with local experts in a diverse range of STEAM subject areas. All attendees will participate in customized STEAM planning sessions, receive personal guidance and support from STEAM experts, and walk away with a curated, actionable plan ready to share with students. SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE: In order to make these valuable workshops available to all educators in our community, full and partial Educators in STEAM Scholarships are available to K-12 teachers, home-school parents, after-school/expanded learning programs, club leads, education students and more.
Conference presented by Hands-On Technology Education in partnership with UC San Diego Extended Studies, Sally Ride Science at UC San Diego, Fleet Science Center, University of San Diego's Jacobs Institute for Innovation in Education, San Diego State University, Qualcomm, San Diego STEM Ecosystem and The Center for Research on Educational Equity, Assessment & Teaching Excellence (CREATE) at UC San Diego.
