Novel Exchanges

Novel Exchanges is run by an experienced educator with a Master's of Education from Johns Hopkins and 6 years of instructional experience in Baltimore City Public Schools. Novel Exchanges offers a variety of academic enrichment opportunities for at-home learning, including secular ELA and social studies curriculum, and private tutoring. Each curriculum packet contains reading comprehension and discussion questions about a short story, as well as a research project designed to support students in grades 6-12 with digital literacy in the 21st century.

Private tutoring is available in-person (the tutor will travel to your home) for those living within 30 minutes of Baltimore city (travel fee applies for those living farther than 30 minutes). Virtual tutoring is also available. Private tutoring is individually tailored to focus on supporting your child with reading, writing, and research skills based on their own interests and passions.
