NFL FLAG Football in Lexington

This 7-practice/6-game season held on Sundays or Saturdays is a 5 vs. 5, non-contact, recreational, co-ed format. We try to limit teams to 10-11 players to maximize playing time. This is an exceptional program for first-time players who want to learn the fundamentals of football. This is also a wonderful opportunity for players who want to continue enhancing their skills before taking the next leap into tackle football. There are no try-outs! Everyone participates!

Games will take place between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm on Sunday afternoons (subject to change depending on field availability and league size). Exact schedules will be created and posted 1-2 weeks before the season starts. Practices take place one hour prior to game time each week to ensure a convenient and fun experience for all! Schedule times can vary from week to week, and slight changes may occur to the schedule after initial posting.

Participants will receive an NFL FLAG reversible jersey and flag belt, theirs to keep! All 32 NFL Clubs will be represented! (Refer to our sizing chart for jerseys as the NFL FLAG styles/sizes have recently been updated)

Pre-Kindergarten through 3rd Grade divisions (Lombardi and Shula) will receive individual participation awards at the end of the season. Madden divisions (4th through 8th grade) will participate in playoff games on the last day of the season - 1st- and 2nd-place teams will only receive awards!
