Kidokinetics Sports & Fitness Enrichment

Kidokinetics is a mobile sports and fitness enrichment program serving children aged 1 - 10 years. Classes for homeschoolers are designed to be a holistic experience that goes beyond just physical activity. Classes help children become more confident, social, and healthy, all while having a great time. Kidokinetics lessons are designed to promote physical fitness and encourage kids to engage in various fun sports and include age-appropriate games, demonstrations, and high-energy activities that promote movement, coordination, and teamwork.

We bring the F.U.N. (Fundamentals of Fitness, Understandable to all, in a Non-competitive and supportive environment where all children have a chance to play, shine, and enjoy themselves while being active.

We get little ones moving, running, jumping, hopping, and exploring by:
- Introducing up to 29 different sports: Each week is a super fun adventure where we explore a variety of sports like soccer, basketball, Jai Alai, golf, bowling, flag football, and more through exciting games and activities. Your child will boost their balance, coordination, and confidence.
- Anatomy Lessons: We teach children cool things about their bones and muscles in every class in a very fun, vibrant, and developmentally appropriate way.
- Certified coaches make fitness fun through games, music and movement, obstacle courses, parachute play, bubbles, and prizes. We bring equipment for every child and provide weekly updates via our take-home activity cards.
