Ground Control MMA offers classes Tuesdays & Thursdays for our homeschool families. The fall session will be Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the winter session will be Muay Thai then the spring session will be No-Gi Jiu Jitsu. If you want to continue your training in the summer, you are welcome to come to the evening classes to train. The Coaches also offer private classes. Come to see the facility and try a free class so you can meet the teammates and get an introduction to a new art.
Ground Control is a family-friendly facility that supports the goals of the team members. The Coaches are prepared to introduce even the youngest student to feel comfortable on the mats getting started with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Muay Thai.
