FitSport Kinetics Athletic Training

FitSport Kinetics (Pasadena) is an athletic training and learning center with several unique homeschooler programs. "Accelerator" is our half-day "drop n' go" experience mixing professionally coached fitness with supervised learning and tutoring for grades 4th-12th. Elite athletes train with Sports Performance coaches while those kids interested in general fitness and sports activities learn the basics of different sports throughout the semester, along with friendly competitions. Every hour alternates between learning/tutoring and fitness activities. This integrated approach is proven to increase retention and improve focus and memory. FitSport's on-site learning and training center offers flexible 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-day-a-week sessions from 8:00 AM - 12 PM.

On-site classes begin at 12:30 Monday through Thursday, taught by experienced teachers who understand homeschool family standards and sensitivities. Classes are available for 4th graders through high school, covering math, writing (IEW), science, ethnic studies, history through literature, financial literacy, and more. Accelerator students receive a discounted rate on tuition.

After School Fitness Programs include daily group speed, strength & agility classes (offered at 3 levels of experience), kids Kenpo Karate, and non-contact Youth Boxing. FitSport also offers private 1:1 training for general fitness and sports performance training for serious athletes. Our baseball and softball academies offer private lessons, camps, and clinics throughout the year.

FitSport accepts charter school funds for all programs and is an approved vendor for 10+ charter school organizations.

FitSport also offers afternoon and evening training in speed, strength, and agility in three levels of age/ability, starting at age 7 up to elite, and classes in youth boxing and Kenpo Karate. Charter funds accepted. Currently approved for Sage Oak, Sky Mountain, Blue Ridge, and iLead schools.
