Boy Scouts of America provides girls and boys opportunities to socialize with peers, complete Merit Badge Curriculum, and strengthens their self-esteem and confidence. In each age group, there are events and activities aimed at guiding children as they develop their skills, explore new interests, and build lifelong friendships. The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. By practicing the Scout Oath and Law, girls and boys will form their own ideas about how to contribute to the betterment of society and advocate for beliefs they are passionate about.
