Trailblazers Learning Community is a secular homeschool program in Flagstaff, Arizona, that offers hands-on, project-based learning for students ages 6–14. The program emphasizes science, literature, creative writing, and art while weaving in outdoor education and opportunities for community connection. Classes are designed to spark curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and give students the freedom to explore ideas through active, engaging projects.
In addition to academic subjects, Trailblazers fosters collaboration and social development by bringing homeschoolers together in a supportive, mixed-age environment. Students participate in discussions, hands-on experiments, and creative projects while also enjoying outdoor play and community events. The program is built on the belief that learning is most meaningful when it is interactive, joyful, and rooted in real-world experiences.
