The UNM Music Prep School has been "Opening Doors to a Lifetime of Music" for over 30 years, creating a welcoming and supportive community for music enthusiasts of all ages—from birth to 100. Offering a variety of classes such as Early-Childhood Family Music, group Composition, Ukulele, Drumming, Piano, Guitar, Children's Chorus, and Spanish Bilingual Music, the school embraces inclusivity and celebrates diversity in families, learning styles, and developmental abilities. With a focus on playful music-making in a safe and joyful environment, the UNM Music Prep School invites everyone to explore and develop their musical potential alongside others in the community.
