The Wednesday Co-Op is a ministry that consists of Christian homeschooling families who are ministering to each other and to each other's families in order to help these families and others obtain a Biblically sound, Christian education for children in a loving, supportive, and Christian environment. The Wednesday Co-Op families aspire to assist each other in raising and educating children to be strong and loving Bible-believing Christians. New families need to have a child attending Co-Op who is in 3rd grade or higher.
We meet at Bible Fellowship Church of Newark on Wednesdays from the last week of August to mid-May. The classes change some from year to year but the goal is to have History, Writing/Literature, and Science for 1st-12th grade. All families are required to help. One parent needs to be at Co-Op when children are there. The Co-Op functions well because each family does a share of the work.
