The Monroe Training Center offers character building, great physical training, and self defense training through martial arts classes and/or our youth empowerment program. For martial arts training you can select from Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, MMA, and/or self defense classes. The youth empowerment program was designed by three Olympic athletes to provide character building, leadership training, core strength, power speed, and flexibility development through exercise.
There are times set aside specifically for home school students or you can join regular classes.
