The Athlete's Playground Home School Physical Education Program. The Athlete's Playground is a functional strength and conditioning gym that was designed around children and teenagers. We offer a physical education program that teaches children and teens the importance of fitness, exercise, eating healthy, along with the many benefits associated with doing so. We offer parents an opportunity to split up their homeschooling day with an hour of structured physical exercise.

We meet 2-3 times a week starting with a short 15-minute classroom time to talk about the activities for the day (the "why" behind the exercise and the benefits), we then take the students through a structured and age-appropriate workout. After the workout, we play a structured sport like basketball, soccer, etc.
