Homeschool PE - Youth fitness classes for homeschooled students in a fun environment with experienced coaches!
- Students will feel safe and confident in a gym environment
- Accessible for all ability levels
- Workouts are focused on improving coordination, strength, endurance, and overall fitness
- Students will gain an understanding of the importance of prioritizing healthy habits (exercise, sleep, nutrition, hydration)
Tuesdays 2:00—3:00 pm or Thursdays 2:00—3:00 pm for ages Ages: 8—16
