RhythmRX

RhythmRX offers private drum set lessons in Waukesha and Sussex, along with in-home visits when needed. The focus is on timing, rhythm, and learning to read drum music. Along with learning the drum rudiments, drum set techniques, different styles of music and drumming, along with ensemble playing when possible.

RhythmRX also conducts group drum circle experiences for all ages. The drum circles are conducted using the Remo HealthRhythms protocol, developed by Neurologist Dr. Barry Bittman. The protocol offers much more than a standard drum circle. It is a science-based 10-step protocol that helps in many areas of life- stress, anxiety, depression, focus, creativity, and memory, just to name a few. Besides just being downright fun for all! HealthRhythms sessions can be done in groups as small as 4-6 and as large as 20+. These would be held off-site at a community center room, depending on everyone's location.

Recreational music making has been proven to be very good for the mind, body, and soul.
