The Training Zone Player Education Academy provides small-group physical education and athletic development for homeschool students ages 9-12 and 13-high school. The program combines soccer instruction with speed, agility, coordination, movement skills, conditioning, teamwork, and age-appropriate athletic development. Sessions are designed for athletes of varying experience levels, with no prior soccer experience required.
The program is offered in four-week sessions and includes coached training, supervised free-play opportunities, individual athlete assessments, and at-home exercise and activity resources. Families receive an athlete report card identifying strengths and areas for continued development, along with curriculum and participation documentation to support homeschool physical education recordkeeping. The program is designed to provide structured physical activity during the homeschool day while helping students develop confidence, movement skills, and overall athletic ability.
