The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Cycling League (PICL) is a youth development organization that uses mountain biking as a tool to inspire healthy lifestyles, build strong communities, and teach trail stewardship. Over the past decade, we've grown to more than 1,400 student-athletes and 850 licensed coaches across 80 teams throughout Pennsylvania. We're part of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA), which supports 33 leagues nationwide and serves more than 26,000 student-athletes.
PICL teams are open to all middle and high school students -no experience necessary, no tryouts, and no bench-warming. Every student-athlete participates.
