P³ Home Athlete Academy offers a science-backed physical education and athletic development program specifically designed for homeschool students. Built by a certified performance coach with extensive experience training high school and collegiate athletes, the program emphasizes speed, coordination, mobility, and functional strength through engaging, fascia-informed movement patterns. Sessions are tailored to youth across a range of athletic abilities, helping students build body awareness, self-confidence, and physical literacy in a structured yet energizing format.

The curriculum is grounded in the Prepare | Prime | Project™ methodology, integrating biomechanics, neuromuscular training, and injury prevention into each session. P³ Home Athlete Academy provides an ideal solution for homeschool families seeking structured physical education that goes beyond traditional fitness — helping young learners move better, run faster, and develop lifelong physical competence.

Offered in Palm Beach County, Florida. Program is designed for homeschool students ages 8–17, with age-appropriate groupings and instruction. Sessions are held weekday mornings to align with homeschool scheduling needs. Can travel to you as well!
