New Visions Dojo provides exceptional karate instructor for kids, teens, and adults. Proactive, professional instructors help students set goals, develop effective skills, and establish a growth mindset. Featuring a robust curriculum in traditional Wado karate, modern movement skills, self-defense fundamentals, and weapons & sport karate extracurriculars, NVD's age and level-specific classes offer a well-rounded training experience.

Ninjas classes (4-6 year olds) use karate basics to actively teach motor skills, focus, and healthy habits. Youth (7-12) and Teen (ages 11-15) classes develop effective karate skills alongside personal strength, stamina, self-awareness, and cooperation. Calisthenics add to technical training, encouraging students to gain the athleticism (strength, coordination, flexibility, and agility) needed to advance.
