Metro Michigan Shotokan Karate classes

In addition to self-defense, Karate offers the students the following: confidence, whole-body strength training, better balance, a sense of community with other students in the local Dojo and around the world. The colored belt system gives students clear-cut goals and their success includes teachers' guidance along with self-direct teaching.
