HIIT Hard Boxing presents The Boxing Dojo Youth Programs
HIIT Hard Boxing created the world's first boxing progression system and has strong roots in the Martial Arts community. Their boxing coaches have Blue belts in multiple disciplines, and they have introduced The Boxing Dojo with a 10-stage progression program system which includes testing every 6 weeks. It combines the structure of martial arts with personal training and boxing FUNdamental to create The Boxing Dojo. The program focuses on both the mental and physical health of students.
