Heritage Home Educators / Heritage Homeschool Co-Op

Heritage Home School Group (Heritage Home Educators) is a Christian homeschool co-op that was formed out of a desire to support home-educating families in the Suffolk VA and surrounding areas that have a desire to raise their children in a way that honors God the Creator as the source of all truth, life and a moral society. Heritage exists specifically to connect Christian home educating families that have taken responsibility for the education of their children and come alongside each other to encourage, support each other and their children academically, socially, and spiritually.

Heritage's ultimate goal is to provide educational support, group and social activities, investing time and skills for the purpose of enhancing the educational activities of home educated children, with parent led hands-on learning, shared classes and open classroom discussion, while helping children with academic strengths and weaknesses, field trip opportunities, and various activities for member families to experience real world learning together and build lasting friendships.

Heritage Co-Op meets on Fridays in the Wilroy section of Suffolk from 10am-2 pm.
