Giovanna’s Music Studio

Giovanna’s Music Studio is the private piano and voice studio of Giovanna Confalone, an active performer and enthusiastic teacher with over 25 years of experience. A Boston native, Giovanna earned her bachelor of music degree in Collaborative Piano Performance from Boston University (1998) with an emphasis in vocal coaching and art song repertoire and returned to Massachusetts in 2010 to earn her master’s degree in Music Education at her alma mater. She has worked with students of all ages and abilities and collaborated with beginners and professionals alike. She was on faculty at Cambridge Music, Riverside Theatre School of Performing Arts and Steinert Piano Academy, all in the Boston area, and music director at several local churches. Giovanna is a member of the New England Piano Teachers Association, the National Association of Teachers of Singing, the Music Teachers National Association, the Massachusetts Music Teachers Association, L’Association Mel Bonis (Paris) and The Mel Bonis Project. It is her pleasure to share all she has learned with her students.
