Fitwize 4 Kids

Fitwize 4 Kids is a non-profit organization focused on youth development through integrated fitness, nutrition, life skills, and leadership training! They prioritize having a good time while also teaching healthy lifestyle habits and increasing self-esteem in all children.

Their goal is for members to understand that exercising and eating well doesn’t have to be boring, but exciting and energizing. This organization wants to empower kids to make choices that will lead to long-lasting practices. Each week they host fun activities for children. The events are meant to be mentally stimulating while also getting kids out of the house and exercising with their peers. Spots are limited so sign up early.
