Edward's Violin Studio - Lessons

Edward's Violin Studio provides private and group violin instruction in the Suzuki method for ages 3 and up. This resource is a holistic pedagogy that emphasizes the parent-student-teacher triangle of engagement and adapts to each child's ability level. Instruction includes age appropriate games and a variety of learning modalities. Focus is given to developing balance and tone while avoiding bad habits and tension, with the aim of lifelong musical development. Students in the program also cultivate duet and ensemble playing in group classes and recitals. An annual summer camp is provided as an additional resource. Violin rentals are offered directly through the studio as well as coaching on all aspects of home practice and equipment maintenance.
