CrossFit Burke Kids Classes

CrossFit Burke offers kid programs from ages 3-18 years old. The focus is creating a fun environment while teaching kids of all ages how to move well and enjoy exercise. Teaching proper form and technique is paramount to all movements our kids do. Coaches have advanced degrees and certifications in exercise science, kinesiology, advanced nutrition, and top level certifications along with years of coaching experience.
