Calma Afterschool Psychosocial & Academic Support Program

Calma Mental Health Center LLC provides a structured after-school psychosocial rehabilitation and academic support program for children and adolescents experiencing mental health and academic challenges. The program addresses emotional regulation, coping skills, social interaction, behavioral control, attention, executive functioning, and school functioning through a therapeutically informed approach focused on skill development and functional improvement.

Services were developed by licensed mental health professionals and delivered in a structured, supervised environment. Activities include group-based psychosocial skill development, individualized goal planning, progress tracking, supervised peer interaction, academic support, homework assistance, and behavioral coaching. The program provides opportunities to practice skills related to emotional, academic, social, behavioral, and daily living functioning.
