Junior Art & Music (JAM) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that offers a creative haven for artists and musicians, young and old, to hone their skills and share their talents with the community. The Studio offers a wide variety of process-oriented art and music programs for home-school groups to enrich and supplement existing arts curriculums. Choose from the below or contact us to create your own JAM!
Art JAM
This 1-hour process-oriented art program provides all the materials needed for kids of all ages to creatively express themselves in a safe, judgement-free zone. Each day will culminate in a take-home art project and a new found sense of creative purpose.
Music JAM
This 1-hour music JAM takes place in our creative Studio and can range from sing-alongs to drum circles. Our extensive roster of guest musicians and music educators are highly experienced, fun and engaging. Learn through improvisation and games, while learning musical techniques and fine motor and/or voice skills.
Act Out JAM
In this 1 hour workshop, kids get to be silly and use their imaginations while engrossed in an interactive story as told by master storyteller and acting teacher, Karen Hall.
