YMCA Homeschool P.E.

This homeschool P.E. program for Central Florida children encourages physical activity, social interaction, and the development of lifelong healthy habits in a fun, supportive environment. Classes include fitness activities, group games, team-building challenges, and creative problem-solving exercises designed to keep participants engaged while building strength, coordination, and confidence.

Led by experienced instructors, each session emphasizes cooperation, inclusion, and community, helping children stay active, make new friends, and enjoy the benefits of movement. The program is designed to create a welcoming space where every child can participate, grow, and thrive.
