Kids (ages 7-14) to teens (ages 15-18) come together 4 days out of the week (Monday-Thursday) to learn and strengthen the fundamentals of Sports Performance. These classes allow your child to interact with kids their age with similar interests, whether it be the same sport, fitness level, or personality. The classes also teach proper Olympic Lifting, Agility, and Speed techniques in a way that, no matter the age or fitness experience of your child, everyone will understand and grow together. Our main mission is safety and improving confidence. All our coaches are either NASM, CSCS, or ACE certified. Your child's success is our success.
