Morning Classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30 only.
The fall semester is 12 weeks long. Mondays are Jiu Jitsu; Wednesdays are Striking. Students are required to wear a white gi (available in the on-site shop); boxing gloves are recommended for our 8+ year olds, but not required.
