Offers a variety of activities, including group exercise classes and sports programs for kids from 5 years old and up. With a Youth or Family Y Membership, your kids can enjoy group exercise classes like Y Kids Play, Bootcamp, Yoga, Hip Hop, Circuit Training, and more. All of the classes are age-appropriate and taught by instructors specializing in children's fitness. In addition to free member activities and classes, the Y also offers fee-based youth sports programs, including basketball, baseball, soccer, martial arts, gymnastics, dance, and more.
