The Music Kit

TheMusicKit, Lessons by Design, is offering lessons in piano, guitar, ukulele, fiddle and harmonica to students ages preschool – adult, in Keene, NH. Kit Bednar, founder of TheMusicKit, has created a unique learning hub for gifted, average, and challenged learners, including students with autism, Down Syndrome, blindness, deafness, dyslexia, and medical disability. Her mission to reach all students regardless of learning ability sets her apart from the traditional teacher, drawing a diverse group of students to her practice. Kit has taught students of all abilities, but many learners have musical aptitude with no means to express it, such as individuals who are nonverbal or with cerebral palsy, and she hopes to bridge that gap.
