Lighthouse Home Educators

Mission statement: Realizing that we are not only educating our children, but also raising a generation to affect generations to come, we have joined together to complement each other in providing educational and enrichment opportunities for our children. We are committed to applying discipleship principles not only for our children, but for each other as well, in order to nurture life skills and to raise each individual to be better equipped to fulfill the purpose God has designed for them.

To function as a co-operative homeschool support group based in the Avon/Brownsburg/Plainfield/West Indianapolis area.

To match each parent to the areas of service God has uniquely gifted him/her, in order for the various parts of God’s family to work together for His glory.

To provide opportunities for all members of the family to develop and to strengthen relationships with other families in our homeschooling community.

We offer class days, park days, field trips, family events, and mom events throughout the year to connect homeschooling families in our area.
