In-person art classes are provided for homeschool groups at the Art Dept.
Classes meet each Tuesday 10 AM to noon. Instruction is provided by a professional artist and teacher. Activities include the following and more:
- watercolor painting
- fairy garden sculptures
- printmaking with linocut and organic materials
- exploring different art styles and artists
- jewelry making
- Clay treasure boxes
All materials are provided, and snacks are available.
Each two-hour session will include instruction and limited assistance. Emphasis is on the creative process.
