Experiential Outdoor Education Programs – where Nature is the Teacher and the Outdoors is the Classroom.
Geared to the homeschooling family – programs available just for the kids, ages 4-12, or for the whole family. Experience-based nature education designed to expand the participant’s knowledge of local natural history, while simultaneously increasing ecological literacy, team-building, and problem-solving. Nature Seekers takes place Monday thru Friday in the forest, near the wetlands, and along the shore – in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties (Palm Beach coming soon!).
Nature Education, Exploration and Play are vital to the well-being of our children and society as a whole. Being outdoors surrounded by nature lowers our heart rates, alleviates stress, and offers opportunities for better physical health. Free-play…outdoors, in a group, teaches problem-solving, team-work and conflict resolution. Learning about our environment teaches us understanding, respect and tolerance.
Life-learners, homeschoolers, schoolers, unschoolers…enhance your lives, your studies, your curriculum using the Nature Seeker’s Program, where quality, experiential education is provided – integrating nature studies, science, fine-arts, and recreation to create a well-rounded holistic nature program for homeschool learners.
