Are You Looking for High School Volunteer/Internship Opportunities in the Health Field?
Seasons Hospice Maryland has recently started accepting High School students to the Volunteer/internship programs and Seasons would love to hear from you! Whether you are interested in social services, healthcare or administrative work, Seasons can tailor an educational experience that fits your interest. We serve patients in 9 different counties across Maryland, which allows us to give volunteers/interns flexible schedules and place them close to home.
The contributions volunteers/interns make are invaluable, which is why they are directly included in the coordination of care among the interdisciplinary team. Volunteers/Interns receive many opportunities to learn from experienced staff of all disciplines. Volunteers/Interns improve their psychosocial support skills as they are exposed to a variety of clinical settings, demographics, and diagnoses. Volunteers/Interns can participate in some or all of these opportunities at Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care.
If you have any questions please email our Volunteer Coordinator at ADiGuiseppe@Seasons.org.
