The Kore KIDS Program is designed to teach your children the ABCS of Fitness.
Agility Balance Coordination StrengthThese four components help your child develop Motor Skills, Boost Confidence, and teach them the fundamentals for living a Healthy Lifestyle. Ages 5-9
The KORE Teens program's objective is to prepare Teen population for sports specific training, while focusing on, Speed, Agility, Balance and strength. The program also educates participants on general nutritional and wellness. We train young minds and bodies to identify safe, healthy and well balanced approach towards fitness.
Ages 10-15. The program are designed and lead by Nationally Certified trainers.
