Kids from 3 to 6 and 7 to 14 years old meet from different times throughout the week to engage in challenging and interactive Crossfit workouts and games. Objectives of Crossfit Kids program at Rebar Performance is to not only assist in strength building in young athletes, additionally teach skills such as perseverance, teamwork, honesty, goal setting, and group communication. Workouts include movements such as running, jumping, squatting, pushing, pulling, and pressing, etc. designed to better basic motor skills, build strength in muscular and skeletal systems while teaching the children fitness can be fun. Classes offer a great opportunity to be a stand alone fitness routine for children or as a supplement to off season sports conditioning. All classes are taught by background checked certified instructors.
