Museum School offers many exciting learning opportunities for school-age children who attend a traditional public or private school or who are home schooled. These informal, discovery-based classes feature various science and history topics enriched with Museum specimens and artifacts (where appropriate to the subject), creative activities, science investigations and other hands-on explorations. This fall will feature a brand new group of STEM classes. Student teams will work through creative engineering challenges using the Engineering Design Process to brainstorm, collaborate, design, build, test, evaluate and revise their projects. Classes will be offered on various Fridays and Saturdays in October, November and December.
