Bradley Mountain Farm is a National Treasure that is Centrally Located in Southington, CT. They are on a 200 year old dairy farm that is on the registry of National Historical Places. They offer many private as well as public classes all year round such as Soap Making Workshops, Goat Strolls and Goats n Pajamas. They have been extensively involved in their local 4-H Club for many years: Apple Valley 4-H.
This summer they are hosting Goatee Academy - Junior Farmers, which is a Summer Drop off camp program for Grades 2-12 to learn through experience! Each session will cover a different topic on goats, chickens or foraging so you can learn more about the herd and Farm! Fun will be had by all taking pictures, cuddling and walking goats and playing on the farm!
Weeklong sessions meet Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-12
