Cascadia is a secular, choice-based education cooperative whose goal is to enrich learning and build community for homeschoolers in the Eugene/Springfield area. We aim to foster an active community of homeschooling families that work together to enhance the education and development of their children. We strive to create a safe and welcoming space where learning, creating, playing, and socializing happen naturally. And, we honor the different backgrounds, lifestyles and education choices that our members make and support an atmosphere of sharing and connection.

This is part-time program for homeschoolers and unschoolers ages 5 to 13. We are an active learning community with a high level of parent involvement, designed to be supplemental to the learning that families are doing independently. We are open three days a week – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and families can attend 1, 2, or 3 full days. Children take a variety of classes such as language arts, math, sciences, geography, art, social studies, and theater, plus have plenty of time to socialize and play outside. Valuing social justice and celebrate diversity at Cascadia.
