Austin Aquatics and Sports Academy

This Home School Fitness Program is designed to engage children in physical activity and will include a rotation of swimming, team sports, and fitness activities that focus on fundamental skills and team building experiences. Instructors will keep your kids moving and having fun! All classes will be taught by our certified and degreed strength and conditioning coaches and USA swimming certified coaches.

While the kids are busy with their program, come take a group fitness class for the parents! The group fitness class is held in our indoor facility and taught by our certified strength and conditioning coaches. Workouts are 55 min sessions and will include everything from barbells to sleds to TRX bands and so much more!
