Knowledge Box Central is a lapbook and notebooking provider with a large catalog, including Apologia resources. They use color psychology and other proven practices in all of their lapbooks, which helps to improve information retention.

    Pros: hands on projects
    Cons: ??

    We have really enjoyed the history projects. My kids really enjoy working on their projects and have learned so much because of them. Great product!

    Knowledge Box Central has some good lapbooks. I especially like the Basic Cooking one. I'm going to use it in a co-op cooking class. I do need to add some additional vocabulary I think is missing, however.

    KBC made the lapbooks for Tapestry of Grace. They have good coverage.

    I have had issues with certain pages not loading in Adobe and other pages not printing out correctly (not as it appears in the PDF). It's a bit hard to get in touch with Cyndi to get corrections. I wish she'd have an option for correcting errata.

    KBC has a good selection of social studies lapbooks. KBC lapbooks are in black and white, so if you have a student (or students) who do not like to color, their completed project will be rather bland. I'd like to see the option of lapbook elements in full color, or in black and white, to adapt to each student.
