With this interdisciplinary approach,students will make butter, analyze owl pellets, watch muzzle loading guns being fired, study the grizzly and learn about animal classification as they are challenged to grow in character and wisdom.(Grades 3-6)
Further Up and Further In: Voyage through the world of C.S. Lewis' The Chronicles of Narnia. This interdisciplinary approach to the study of the seven Narnia books focuses on English and literature, history, social studies, geography, science, Bible, character-building, cooking, and art. (Grades 4-8).
Where the Brook and River Meet: From the practical to the poetic, students journey through the Victorian Era and the world of Anne of Green Gables. Through varied, thought-provoking activities that stimulate interest as well as inquiry, junior high and high school girls explore the events and culture of this unique time in history.
