"My name is Lynn Warner and I live in Bloomington Illinois. This is the greatest Spanish course that I have been involved with. I had an assignment to go and talk to people that were Spanish or Mexican to try to put into effect some of the things that I had learned. So I went to the local grocery store, and low and behold a head of me were a mother and two children. And I said "hola" to the mother, and she kinda looked at me and she said "hola" back. Then I asked the two little girls what their name was. And they told me their names then they asked me what my name was. So that went really well. Then my husband said "I think I will take you to a Mexican restaurant tonight and you can practice Spanish. So we went out to our favorite Mexican restaurant and we went in and I spoke to the matredee and to the waiters in Spanish and ordered from the menu in spanish. I felt very confident doing this after taking a few lessons from the Visual Link SpanishT course. What I really like about the course is number 1 the music is really great in it. It really gets me going when I hear that first introduction of the music. It is very easy to understand. David has a very good voice and so does Marķa. And it's very easy to understand them. Their voice is not boring and it is exciting to do the course. Also I really liked the graphics. They are great. And they help me to remember the words that I am trying to learn because I remember the graphic of the harder ones that I cannot remember. They also have good quizzes at the end which encourages you to be able to learn at a faster rate, I do believe. I had college Spanish a few years ago when I was in college. And the problem with the course was their was no conversation at all. It was all writing. And we go to Mexico and have been going for about fifteen years, and I know words, I I know numbers, I know months, and that type of thing. But I have never been able to put together sentences that actually talk to the people. I'm hoping that when we leave December 26th this year that I will have all the Spanish under my belt and I will be able to talk to my friends in Spanish for the first time."

"Hi, My name is Charlie Overby. And its been a life long ambition of mine to learn to speak Spanish. And I've tried just about every program out their on the market. And none of them seamed to give me what I was looking for. I was learn to speak words and but I never got one that was able to get me into the conversational Spanish. But I found the US Institute of Languages. And believe me, this is probably the best course I have taken I couldn't believe that by the end of the second day I was actually able to speak in simple sentences. I was so impressed with the course that my son who is serving in the army in Iraq has wanted to learn to speak Spanish also. I sent him a copy of it. So hopefully when he comes home, I'll be able to meet him at the airport and we will be able to greet each other in Spanish. Not only is this course easy, but it is a lot of fun. There are a lot of exercises to do. And you can really see progress. I would highly recommend this to anybody out there who is interested in learning to speak Spanish."
