Homeschooling in Wisconsin since 1984, WPA provides encouragement, support, and accurate information about homeschooling, learning resources, and laws that affect homeschoolers.

Wisconsin CHEA
Wisconsin CHEA is a non-profit ministry dedicated to serving ALL home schoolers in the state of Wisconsin. CHEA maintains a brand-new website, conducts media interviews upon request, and works diligently to inform the general public about the benefits of home education. CHEA keeps the public informed of all homeschool news, both state and nationwide. CHEA conducts an annual statewide home educators’ conference in the spring of each year, featuring exciting, informative home-school speakers for parents, teens and children, on a variety of subjects that pertain to the entire homeschool family. CHEA also runs the LARGEST home school used book sale in the state of Wisconsin at the annual conference.

This is a networking connections group for events and opportunities of interest to home schooling families in the general lakeshore areas of southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Ozaukee County Homeschoolers is an informal group of families linked by a mutual interest in homeschooling. Any family who is homeschooling or who would like to learn more about homeschooling is welcome to receive the monthly newsletter. Families who live in Ozaukee, Washington, Sheboygan, and Milwaukee counties participate in the activities. A monthly newsletter communicates events and issues. Anyone is welcome to plan and organize a field trip or event - we welcome the help of all.

The Western Wisconsin Homeschool Network
This network has been created to support the homeschooling community of Pierce, St Croix, and Dunn counties of Western Wisconsin, along the I-94 corridor from Hudson to Menomonie. We welcome homeschoolers in other nearby counties to join us, as well as parents in our area who are schooling at home thru public charter schools, and parents who are still exploring homeschooling as an option for their family. This group is a place where parents can connect with other homeschooling families in our area. This is a place where we can ask questions, compare notes, share resources, and generally "socialize" with other homeschool parents. L.A.R.K. Homeschool Group
L.A.R.K. (Learning Alternatively in Racine/Kenosha). is a a group of homeschoolers in the Racine/Kenosha area. We usually meet on Wednesday afternoons for outings, support, and FUN! The focus of most of our activities is aimed at ages 10 and up, including middle and high school ages, though some activities would be appropriate for all ages. This group was formed to support Wisconsin parents who are currently homeschooling their "talented and gifted" (TAG) children, or considering the option of gifted homeschooling. This is a support group for parents who want to share the joys and challenges of homeschooling gifted children. No matter what homeschool approach you favor, this is a place where you can ask questions, seek advice, share resources, and connect with other gifted families who share similar situations. Because neither our state gifted organization nor our state homeschool organizations provide a forum for TAG homeschoolers, it is hoped that this group can function as the beginnings of a cohesive Wisconsin TAG homeschooling community, and also as a clearinghouse for information on local, state and regional TAG homeschooling events and resources.
