Clark County Home Educators
CCHE membership is open to all interested persons in sympathy with the purpose of CCHE. It includes parents, grandparents, teachers, etc. and is not limited to those with school age children. As an organization, CCHE will be consistently and forthrightly Christian in all of its activities and publications, although members are not required to agree to the Statement of Faith. Members are admitted upon the receipt of a written application form and approval by the Board of Directors, or a committee appointed by the board. Membership units include the parents and children of the same family.

INCH is a non-profit co-op and support group serving homeschoolers in Coeur d'Alene and surrounding areas. INCH is not a drop-off program or a school, but a co-op run solely by volunteer moms. We offer homeschool students from preschool through high school an assortment of academic and enrichment classes and social activities to supplement their homeschooling experience, as well as classes and workshops to encourage and support homeschooling moms.

A group of families in the Columbia Gorge that homeschool our children. We meet at least once a week for group activities such as plays, sports and general play. We also organize field trips on an ad hoc basis. The parents support each other by sharing methods, experiences and food. We welcome families that are considering or currently are homeschooling.

SHG is a nonsectarian venue where home educating families can meet and exchange ideas and inspirations. SHG sponsors regular group-wide potlucks, a wide and constantly changing array of field trips, and several clubs, including chess, writing, and math. A monthly newsletter keeps us all apprised of what's on the schedule, and several Yahoo group discussion lists keep us in close contact in case of a spontaneous outing opportunity.

ACTS is a non-profit ministry of Calvary Community Church run solely by volunteers. ACTS goal is to offer families an assortment of enrichment classes and social activities to supplement their homeschool experience. We have 3 trimesters of enrichment classes consisting of 8 weeks each. Parties, Field trips and Mission projects are scheduled throughout the year as well as once-a-month Mom’s Night Out. There is also a youth group that meets regularly in and out of organized co-op days.
